Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

  • You have 15 calendar days, from the day you receive your order, to make the return and send it.
  • WE DO NOT RETURN MONEY, but you can make exchanges for other sizes and items, in NOTES indicate the product for which you want to make the exchange, when requesting your return.
  • Products that have been opened and manipulated for your order, such as communion dolls or those with beauty treatments, do not admit exchanges once they leave the warehouse.
  • For exchanges on Outlet products or with special promotions, write to hola@mylittletwin.es

 

1. ENTER YOUR CUSTOMER AREA:


      1.1 Go to the ORDER you want to exchange and click on "Request return".

      1.2 Select the product(s) you want to exchange.

      1.3 Explain the reason for your return.

      1.4 In NOTES indicate which is the new product you want to receive or the new size in case of a size change. If you do not include the new product for which you are exchanging, your request will be automatically rejected.

      1.5 Click on Request Return.

You will be able to see our EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY there.

 

2. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AS PROOF OF YOUR REQUEST. You must wait for our response, we are reviewing it.


     2.1 You will receive another email with our response and final settlement, which will include the price of your return shipping and the 3% charge. See shipping prices according to your area here.

     2.2 Print the shipping label.

 

3. IT IS TIME TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.


     3.1 Put the product you do not want in the package, seal it with adhesive tape to protect it well and stick the label on the outside of the package.

     3.2 Drop off the package at a POST OFFICE.

Once we receive it, we check that it arrives in the same condition as it was sent and we proceed to send you the new product for FREE.

If you chose "pick-up" or bought at a pop-up, the return will be made in the same way as the purchase was made, and if the customer wants an exchange at home, they must pay both shipping costs.

 



Return of packs

If you want a size change in a pack and it is no longer available, other models will be offered in exchange and the difference will be paid or returned (if there is one).

If there is still no agreement and the customer wants to return the dress, that order will be cancelled and the products will be invoiced as if they had been purchased separately (without the economic benefits of the pack). If that total is less than the amount paid in the first purchase, we will send you a voucher valid for 2 years with the remaining amount, to use at another time.
